By this stage of life, you may realize that the 'Protector' parts of you—the ones that helped you survive your past—are now the very parts keeping you stuck in the present. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (since 1999), I specialize in helping you recognize these long-standing survival patterns. Using a blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we work to unblend from old habits and lead your life from a place of 'Self-Energy.' It’s about moving from reactive survival to conscious, values-driven choice, giving you back the steering wheel of your own life.

What therapy do you offer?
I am an expert in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I integrate this model with Internal Family Systems, EMDR, DBT, and Satir Family Systems
How do I book a session?
You can schedule your appointment easily via the booking link on this site or you can call me. I am happy to offer a 15 minute consultation call free of charge.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes, I offer both in-person and secure virtual therapy sessions to fit your needs.
What should I expect first session?
I will focus on learning about you, where you are in life now and where you want to be. I will also explain about my therapy techniques and style. It will take more than one session for us to get to know each other but I believe in starting the healing right off the bat.
Is insurance accepted?
Currently, I am in network with Aetna, Humana and traditional Medicare and can provide documentation for out of network benefits for others. I am expecting to join other networks soon.
